Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you for contacting the Sunbeam®. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we are sorry to hear your Sunbeam heating pad has a flashing F error. It's definitely not the experience that we want you to have. If your heating pad has flashing F, it could be because the unit is not getting enough power or there’s an internal error. Make sure not to use the product with any extension cords, power strips, power converters, or inverters as it may affect its performance. Also check if there's physical damage to its cord. If there's none, please try to perform the troubleshooting steps below in case your heating pad is still not turning on. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. Turn the heating pad's control to the "Off" position and unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. Let it rest for 2 minutes. Re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet. If these measures won't work and the problem still persists, take note that our heating pads have a 5 year limited warranty. We'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly in order to help you with the warranty replacement. Have a great day!
