QuestionDo they sell parts separately. The part that hold the ring light to the stand broke!! How do I replace this, I got this as a gift last Christmas and it just snapped on its own while I was with a client.

- Answer Good luck. My AC adapter literally shorted out with smoke coming out of it too. I tried Best Buy chat since under warranty, they wanted nothing to do with me. I tried the 800 number Best Buy gave me, voice response was all about large items - if you mention light and the word warranty... they recording replies cant help. I'm looking to buy my own in Amazon, so if the light fried from the AC shortage, I can return the AC adapter. Amazon has customer care which will soon receive all of Best Buy's customers when they Chapter 11

- Answer Needs some assistance such as more than one light source. But the additional lighting should come from a different angle, maybe bounce off the wall overhead, use some natural lighting in conjunction with it also. One source or angle of lighting is definitely a challenge.
