Q: QuestionHow do I get the bulb ring replaced? Purchased this as a kit at Best Buy, it worked well but the bulb stopped working. I've charged it but bulb is still out & it has not been more than 50,000 hours. I've only had it 2 years & did not run it constantly.

Q: QuestionIs there an attachment that will raise my iphone up to the center of the ring. The attachment that comes with the ring holds the phone very close to the bottom of the ring. Not in the actual center.
