“Is this tripod useful for the Sony A7iii?”

• These are very basic, cheaply-made tripods. I have bought three to use with light-weight cameras in church streaming setting. I would not recommend this model-- too light and flimsy for any weighty camera. Step up to something with a fluid head in the hundred dollar range.
