• I've been preordering games from here for a good while now 4+ years. I've always done pickup at my local store and have never had an issue walking in on release day to pick up my copy.

• This is my first time pre ordering with Best Buy too but I can only assume just like all retail stores there is a certain amount that can be pre ordered. If the number of preorders hits max amount I am sure no one can preorder after that.
