“I can't find any code for the piranha plant anywhere. Can someone please tell me how to get it? I looked everywhere on my order and can't find it. I pre-ordered a physical copy. Thanks!”

It’s not on your order when you register your game on the switch you get emailed a code that guarantees when parana plant gets released in February 2019 you’ll get it for free.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On the switch home menu, go to the icon for the game and press the "+" button. Head down to "My Nintendo Rewards Program", and click on "Earn Points". That will make it so that you get Piranha Plant when they come out.

Please try again later.You must register your physical copy under the My Nintendo Rewards program, and once you have done that, you will later receive an email titled "Thanks for your purchase of the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate game" in the email you used with My Nintendo. That email has the piranha plant code.

Once you do that, they will send an email to you (mine came a few days later) with the code. It won't have anything in the subject about the code, but it's in there.

After the game is registered, in the email account tied to your Nintendo account an email should arrived with the download code for the Piranha Plant. Which you should then redeem in the store and will be made available to use next year.

Please try again later.You will receive an email from your My Nintendo account with a code but you first have to redeem your points for the game in the Switch Main Menu screen. Press + while you have the game image highlighted and click redeem reward points or gold points. Good luck. Also don't shop at Best Buy, they are thieves and have awful service.
