I had the same issue. I pre-ordered the game and never received the code. I waited 10 hours and decided to contact them. I contacted them on the forums but they never answered. I then went to twitter and no answers there either. I tried facebook and nope nothing there either. Chat was unavailable and their call center wasn't open yet. I was gonna wait til after I left work to call them but then I magically received an email around noon (12 hours after release) saying "REDEEM YOUR CODE" and "Thank you for purchasing your Nintendo Master Vendor Profile from Best Buy." with no mention that the code was for Smash Bros. Ultimate. I decided to give the code a shot and yup it was for the game. I suggest you call Best Buy so they can help you. In the end, I got my code but I hate that NO ONE from Best Buy decided to contact me to tell me what was wrong.
