Thank you for contacting us regarding our Swagger 2. Any Swagtron product purchased directly from swagtron.com is able to be returned for a refund within the first 30 days. A restocking fee may be applied depending on whether there are any defects which prompted the return. If there are no issues with the unit, a restocking fee up to 30% may be applied.
