A:AnswerThis has happened to me before but what makes it work again is make sure your hover board is off then level it what I mean by leveling it is make sure that the hover board is standing up by itself and either sides are lifted off the ground at the same height then holding the power button for 10 seconds then turn it off and turn it back on again and it should solve the problem

If the unit is not being used, the battery can still be depleted. We would recommend fully charging the unit before riding.
So once the unit is opened, it would need to be fully charged before riding.

Each of our hoverboards comes equipped with a learning mode in order to help the rider become comfortable using the board!
You would need to put the unit in learning mode by long pressing the power button until you hear the beep.
