Yes they can be viewed on your cell phone using the Swan HomeSafe View app. However, i had over 4 disconnects in one day with this app. I ended up returning this system. Also, you can remote view on a PC, using Swannview Link for Windows. However, I never got it to work. And I am an engineer and computer specialist.
