QuestionI have purchased a Swann Doorway alert kit, and although there is a huge number of choices of alarm sounds, when I try to change the tune, it reverts back to the default sound of a sinking submarine, how do I select a new alarm sound

QuestionI purchased a swann diy gate/door alert kit but I was aiming for motion detection so my issue is how to fix it so only the receiver alerts rather then the gate sensor? Also which motion sensor would be compatible with the unit I have?

Question2 driveway motion sensors & receivers always worked. Both receivers stil work, but now 2nd sensor will still light up but will not set off either receiver. Change batteries, checked for loose wires, turned both sets on and off, etc. Any ideas? Thanks

- Answer Find a Swann company help line. I called the Australian one and got very good support and resolution for my issue. Bestbuy try but don’t have the experience to sort what is not covered by the manual…which is inadequate

QuestionNeed instructions on changing the alert sound from the awful default to one of the melody’s. If I am unable to resolve this issue I will have to return the item to the store I bought it from. We have purchased 4 of these as gifts. Thank you

- Answer Can only use melodies if you are using the door alarm package. The receiver is used for both Driveway and Door kits. To get rid of awful alarm select Chanel 3 for a more acceptable noise
