A:Answer I usually use the buttons on the player, since it is small enough to use next to my chair/desk. It won't play blu-ray. I have played parts of a music CD, don't know about a video...but why not? Charging ? It depends on how much time you need. If you let it go way down, it may take a while, but you can use it while it is charging.
