• Most T-Mobile SIM cards expire in 2 years.

• Yes, after you purchase the SIM card, the expiration date will be indicated. The expiration date for the card I got in February 2015 is two years later (Feb 2017)

• Yes there is a expiration date printed on the sim card.

• Yes, there is an "activate by" date on your SIM card that it must be activated by to work.
