• yes you can as for tmobile its canada,Usa and Mexico is all one country so if for ex. you are in mexico and want to call someone in the us or canada or vice versa its like you are in the us calling someone in the US. its all free and no charges... I recomend T mobile

• Yes it will work in Mexico,if you have T mobile service,which covers Mexico and Canada. I did however hear that the coverage in Canada and Mexico is 3 G presently.

• Yes you can, T-Moble includes it in your calling area. If you have Prepaid service such as Givmomle, then that includes some international minutes although very minimal. Bottom line... check with your carrier as to: 1) Costs 2) If other than Mexico, or Canada if a different Sim card is needed.

• I believe if T-mobile network is in Mexico it would work perfect.
