Can I use this with my antenna. I don't have internet null

It can be used with any antenna. With that being said, the higher the antenna the better your performance will be. If you can't have an outside antenna, consider putting one in the attic.

No. You have to have Internet to use Tablo. It will not work without it. Tablo doesn't hook up to your TV, it connects to your Internet router.
