It happened to us too, reposition your antenna or connect directly to the tv. Make sure the Tablo is getting a good connection to your internet/router. Don’t return it, just work out the bugs. If you have a satellite dish still mounted you can convert that to an antenna and the best reception, there are videos on YouTube to make that change in 5 minutes. If none of that works then call support and go from there.
