A:Answer Mine also makes the same noise and by tapping on the fan areas, it will get better but only temporarily. There seems to be faulty bearings in the fans due to poor manufacturing. I'm not keeping mine. You can try to return it to Best Buy without a receipt, not sure what they will say. If the person used the purchase to earn rewards on their Best Buy card, they can go back to that purchase in their rewards history and you may be able to use that to return it. Otherwise, you may have to contact the manufacturer directly. The noise will only get worse and worse. You can use it that way, though.
As for it coming with a user guide, the one I received was only a small pamphlet a few pages long. Nothing that I would consider a user guide and I'm not sure I even kept mine.
