A:AnswerIt could be a mistake, my laptop is 16 inch, for my laptop it is small but if it works even so, its purpose is to cool and it does it well, but it does not look aesthetic hahaha
A:AnswerI would say that it is relatively quieter than ones I’ve had in the past. It makes about the same noise as your laptop cpu fan does! Got it for my girlfriend and she barely notices the difference between the laptop cpu fan and the mat fans.
