• Yes it will in the side pocket. You just have unroll it to make it fit but I've carried everything I need in this case

• Yes! I can fit my 15.6" laptop in the case and the charger fits nicely in the zippered outside pocket. It doesn't bulge that much, and there's still room for other accessories too.
