Most likely it will. Here's why most devices have an operating range for Voltage +- 10 - 20% most 110V items will run on 90V - 130V, reason being the electrical grid has fluctuatons and if the voltage "sags" and your TV turns off you will not be happy. 24.5 * .20 = 4.9 24.5 - 4.9 = 19.6 If your device has a 20% tolerance then yes. However you would be better off looking for a 24VDC power-supply such as for LEDs as that will also have at least 3Amps, then you adadpt the end.
