The cover can be folded all the way back, and is comfortable to hold in that configuration.

The cover can be folded to easily hold an iPad and it isn’t at all bulky. When folded it’s very compact. A strap also holds the cover in place when it’s folded shut.

Yes, the cover can be folded all the way back. It's not too bulky considering the screen rotates.
