QuestionWhen installing a SD card, I usually get the choice to use that memory card as additional internal memory, OR as a removable memory card, to manually transfer images, etc. Does the TCL 10 Pro have an option to use a SD memory card for internal storage?

- Answer No. Not for this model. It is only allowing the memory card to be portable memory card only. There's already 128GB of internal memory for the phone, so having additional internal memory with the microSD card may slow down the performance of the phone. Also, setting your memory card as internal memory will encrypt the card. You can run into problem if something happened to your phone, and you cannot retrieve the data off your card.

- Answer Any phone that is a GSM phone will work with Mint Mobile. Mint is an MVNO of T-Mobile, a GSM network. You will have no trouble.

- Answer This particular model sold here is unlocked, and it is certified for Verizon LTE network, so it is compatible if your SIM card is for use on Verizon network. Straight Talk is an MVNO, so it shouldn't have any restriction. You can check your IMEI of the device at: https://www.verizon.com/onedp/byod#/ to see if it is Verizon compatible. If your IMEI is not compatible on Verizon network, it is likely that it hasn't been uploaded or that the device was not registered for Verizon or not intended for Verizon network. When this happen, simply check with the manufacturer for verification. There are similar variances sold worldwide that look almost the same.

QuestionCan i use this mobile with different sims in foreign countries like India? Does it work with use of other sims without issues? but i see that it’s unlocked but in specs, universal unlocked-no FYI it has LTE bands in common that are available in India.

- Answer Hi JioJam. Yes, this phone is unlocked and can be used with most network around the world. For making phone calls, the network uses the frequency that that is common with the phone. For access to the internet, if the phone doesn't detect the correct APN, you may need to enter it manually in the APN settings of the phone. You would need the APN parameters from the network provider. It may or may not be readily available on its website. Hope this helps. - Kevin.

QuestionDoes this phone work in foreign countries? Europe, Mexico, etc? I would like to take it with travelling and be able to pop in a new SIM for local service if my carrier doesn't work. Many thanks!

- Answer Hello. This TCL 10 Pro is unlocked and can work in other countries. If the carrier in the specific region require a special settings for data access, the phone's APN settings can be manually added. - Kevin.

- Answer YES the TCL Pro 10 works on T-Mobile--I'm on it right now. I had the T-Mobile staff switch the SIM card in for me, but you can do it yourself. Cannot address the ATT issue

- Answer It looks like Xfinity doesn't let you check compatibility on this phone. Therefore, it is unknown. https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/byod/compatibility/device. Even though the IMEI on this unlocked phone is compatible for Verizon network, you would need to contact Xfinity to see if your phone IMEI is provisioned for its network.

- Answer This device can work most other country. It is unlocked for use with other cellular network. It has 3G and 4G capability. Since this phone is certified for the three major carriers in the U.S., it covers most of the band used around the world. For access to the cellular network, the APN settings should automatically be populated in the phone with the best Access Point Network when you insert the SIM card. If not, the APN settings can be manually set accordingly for the service in that region. If this is required, you may have to ask the service provider for the APN settings. As for Wi-Fi connection, this is standard and you would be able to connect to the internet via Wi-Fi. Hope this helps. - Kevin.
