of course it does, its a roku tv, you dont need a roku box because its built in, just a wifi connection is all thats needed

No it does not and I thought it would. There are certain Smart TV's that can operate without a box but not all. Check before you buy. Someone at XFinity just suggested a Roku Stick, which would eliminate a box.
