Questionthe photos of the product make it look like the screen goes all the way to the top and from side to side completely, but when i’ve set it up, there’s still a black box around it. is there a reason for this? and is there a way to fix it?

QuestionWill the 32s327 mirror from smartphone

- Answer I finally got it to mirror just like any other smart tv. I tethered it to internet with my smartphone and it automatically updated software. Afterwards, it would still use and connect with android smart view, only now it actually mirrored fine.

QuestionI got this yesterday for my son to use with his xbox. Worked fine last night, but today it wouldn't turn on. Unplugged it & waited a bit & plugged it back in. Has anyone else had this issue? It's plugged into a power strip & everything else was working

- Answer I should have returned this when it first happened. Exactly one month later and it no longer turns on. The first time it happened it started working again, but not now. I have Contacted the warranty support multiple times, and I am getting the run around. :(

- Answer Yes, this TV requires wifi to set up and uses roku for streaming. It’s like one of those more expensive smart TVs but cheaper! Hope that’s what you were asking!

- Answer There is not a physical button for it, but there is an option for it. Simply press the asterisk (*) button on your TCL Roku TV remote while watching content, highlight the sleep time option, and choose how long you want to set it for (30minutes-3hours).
