“I have a 3 series TCL that I got for Christmas in 2019. I recently got hearing aids with Bluetooth capability. Is it possible to set up my TCL TV so that I can get the audio through my hearing aids? If not, is there an appliance I can add for this?”

Unfortunately this TV does not have Bluetooth build in. However it does have a headphone jack. When my mom got Bluetooth hearing aids it came with a unit you plugged into the headphone jack on the TV and that unit synced with the hearing aids. However, you can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones to your smart phone or tablet. Or you can use the 3.5 mm headphone jack in the back of the TV to connect standard headphones. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
