To perform a factory reset: 1.) Press the home button on your TCL ATV remote so the Home screen is seen. 2.) Navigate to Settings->Device Preferences->Reset->Factory Reset->Erase Everything 3.) Type in the four-digit pin disclosed above the On-Screen-Textbox 4.) Select "Ok" on the On-Screen-Keypad Note: TV will look like it is powering off and on for about a minute. The Factory Reset will be complete when your are prompted with the initial setup screen. Updating Software and finding ATV software version 1.) Power on TV and press the "Home" button. 2.) While on the "Home" screen navigate to Settings->Device Preferences->About->System Update->Network Update 3.) Press the “Ok” button on your remote and follow any on-screen directions Hope this helps!
