QuestionIs this a TV? WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT from the Samsung ? I just want to remove one of the old tv,s from my Xfinity system and replace it with this. are there Any problems with the compatibility concerning this? Can I just plug and play?

- Answer In order to use the smart features of this TCL Roku TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). However, if you just want to use this TV as a traditional TV by connecting external devices through the various inputs and not use the smart features, you can elect to not connect this TV to the Internet at startup. - Answer Our TCL Roku TVs do not currently support Bluetooth. However, you can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones to your smart phone or tablet. Questiondoes the TCL 50" Class 4 Series Roku TV model 50S455 support the Amazon Prime APP. I ask as the Sharp I purchased 6 years ago does not support the Apple app. So wondering if the TCL does the same as I do not see Amazon Prime Video app listed.

- Answer Currently, our Roku based TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. - Answer Yes. But it has a much lower area the mount bolts attach to in the back of the TV. So if your wall mount is already installed , this TV might sit higher up on the wall, also might need different size bolts.

- Answer Zoom Video conferencing is not currently an available streaming channel. Additionally, the TV does not feature a built-in camera or mic. However, this TV does come with several HDMI ports.
