- Answer The 50S525 is a member of our new 5-Series while the 50S425 is a member of our 4-Series. Both series include a built in Roku operating system, 4K UHD, and HDR Support. QuestionWhat are the 4 different colored buttons for on the remote? It doesn't specify in the user manual. Thanks.

- Answer The buttons located on the lower portion of the TCL Roku Remote are our partner buttons. They are designated at a factory level with some variation, and cannot be reprogrammed. QuestionOk, yes we get it , 40" stand width. But you still won't answer if the stand legs can be inverted inwards, and of course, we would be doing this completely against your recommendation. Completely on our own, and without any liability on your end.

QuestionI only see (3) holes in the back for the mounting bracket ?

- Answer There are a total of 4 mounting holes. 2 of them have screws in them, and should be removed. We recommend using the appropriate M6 screws that come in the mounting bracket screw kit. This TCL Roku TV uses a 300mm x 200mm VESA mounting pattern. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

Questionok, i was born at the end of the babyboomer gen. but i don,t understand why you keep saying that the tv is not bluetooth capable.when i asked if my original (cube style) roku speakers would pair reply was yes,aren,t they bluetooth ?

- Answer Hard to explain but the tv works wirelessly with certain compatible devices and is technically not Bluetooth. Does not work with Apple screen share or wirelessly connect with Apple products. It does work with Microsoft and Android phones and tablets as well as your aforementioned Roku speakers.

- Answer Currently, our TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. - Answer TvWatcher, On Roku TV models that support Action Smoothing, the feature is available in the Advanced picture settings submenu of the Options menu. During playback, press the star button options button on Roku remote on your Roku TV remote to open the Options menu. Scroll up or down and select Advanced picture settings. Modify the Action Smoothing selection using the left and right buttons on the directional pad on your Roku TV remote. The directional pad is plus-shaped and is in the center of the remote. -TCL Customer Support

QuestionWhat is the product/tv depth without the stand? I only see depth dimensions for the box it comes in and for the tv WITH the stand. Thank you. The 55" version of this same tv has a product depth of 3" without the stand--is this the same?

- Answer Your TV should have come with a Roku remote. You can add different programs such as Amazon shows for free if you subscribe to Amazon. Also numerous other options such as music, and others depending on what they are you may need to pay for some of them.

QuestionHi, The TV Channel Guide STOPPED WORKING. On the Channel Guide the show's previews play in the background, and you cannot SEE the guide. Is there any way to fix this? Also, how do you set FAVORITE TV CHANNELS? Thanks!!
