- Answer I mounted it directly on tbe wall using (Pipishell Full Motion TV Wall Mount for 26-60 inch Flat or Curved TVs up to 77 lbs) but it has to be directly on the stud.. about 3 inched from the 8 foot ceiling.. luv it
