- Answer Currently, is using the headphone jack, it automatically disable the internal TV speakers and other audio output. There are currently no settings to adjust for this. Hope this helps! Thank you. TCL Customer Support

- Answer Yes, this TV does indeed switch inputs as you turn them on or off. You just have to enable this setting in the settings.

QuestionMy tv is just past the year warranty period...For some reason I been getting a hdcp error so I tried different hdmi cables and it still happened...I ended up using my hdmi 2 port and now it is having the same error???Any idea of why this is happening?

- Answer You probably have gotten the answer by now but its not the tv it is the device you are hooking up. Unfortunately some devices are not up to date on software or you got a deal on tv and it doesnt support the device. options are to hook up as you did in another port

- Answer I bought a pedestal stand on Amazon and it was $25. came with all the hardware to connect it to the tv. The tv should have mounting set up on back for wall mounting/ pedestal
