- Answer I have cable, but when I hooked up my tv and chose cable box, it was incorrect. I needed to choose "live tv". Maybe it's the same for satellite.

QuestionIn the pictures of the "back" of the TV I don't see any mounting holes for a wall mount. It's smooth and there are no places to bolt it to a mount. How do you mount it to a wall?

- Answer In order to use the smart features of this TCL Roku TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). However, if you just want to use this TV as a traditional TV by connecting external devices through the various inputs and not use the smart features, you can elect to not connect this TV to the Internet at startup. QuestionIs this TV delivered with a protective plastic film across the entire screen? When setting up the tv, I’ve noticed air bubbles under what seems like plastic film over the screen? Does it need to be removed? Or is something wrong with my screen?

- Answer You cannot do that on this TV. It is a Roku based TV so it will always start up on the Roku screen. You can, however, move the icons/inputs around on the menu screen to make them more convenient to click on once the TV starts up.
