• A:Answer I just went through my tv settings looking for a PIP option. I cannot find one. I can only find the “picture” adjustment options that I took photos of for you. When selecting these two options there is nothing to do except rename/remove inputs or adjust brightness of each input. Not option to split screens or use PIP there. I hope this was helpful!

• A:Answer Currently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers for OTA. However, if your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most-watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

• A:Answer What a 2-year old piece of junk!!! We bought this TV 2-years ago and the other day we were watching a show and the screen just went black! We couldn’t hear sound but no picture. After going through the troubleshooting with TCL they told me that there was nothing that they could do! It only has a 1-year warranty on it! We paid $499 plus tax for ours and now it’s a $499 piece of crap!!! Do not buy these cheaply made TCL tv’s! We could have kept our tv that we had from the 1990’s that still worked! It wasn’t smart but it showed a picture and had sound! I’m going out to get me a Vizio! Our 5-year Vizio upstairs still works and my kids plays video games on it! DON’T BUY TCL….!!!!
