QuestionThe back has a ledge on the bottom that sticks out, is there a mount for a sound bar that won't require standoffs on the vesa mount?

- Answer This 65 inch TCL TV is compatible with most wall mounts that support a 300mm x 300mm VESA mounting pattern. QuestionI’ve asked this question and you gave me an answer that wasn’t even near what I asked. How much does this TV weigh with the 2 stands? It’s 63.5 lbs without them but you don’t mention what it is with them.

- Answer The legs weigh next to nothing. Trust me whether it is 60 or 63 pounds it is heavy to attach to the wall with a helper.

- Answer For this 65 inch TCL TV, there are actually 2 different options for feet placement. At the wider position, the feet spacing to fit on a stand is 48.6 inches. At the more narrow position, the feet spacing to fit on a stand is 18.9 inches. You would simply choose whichever option would best fit your home setup. The depth of the feet are 12.4 inches. QuestionIs there an issue with the eARC function? I bought the 65r646 a week ago and had it connected to my Denon receive with audio coming from the TV's app not another connected device. Everything was working great until today. I get "eARC not connected" now.

QuestionDuring set up of this tv you are asked to establish a Google account. If a buyer already has an email address and password registered with Google for their computer would that count as already having a Google account?

- Answer When you get to the step of setting up Google, it will give you an option of sign in or create a new account. For established accounts, sign in and the you will have to confirm via email.

QuestionCan the TV output sound simultaneously to the TV's speakers AND a bluetooth device? My mother is hard of hearing and we want a TV that allows her to hear via bluetooth headphones, but the rest of us want to hear the sound via the TV's speakers.

- Answer Yes. I have a chochlear implant and it's conected to TV through bluetooth and there's an option to run along with TV speakers in the audio menu. Two seperate temporary sound/mute bars appear showing seperate controls of both connected items.

QuestionI thought best buy had halted sale of the r646 until TCL has corrected the many issues that plaques this particular model. Now I see the r646 is on sale for $999. Does that mean that the problems have been fixed??
