- Answer Now Best Buy is Lying ONCE AGAIN to say you are “Saving $400” which is garbage! All they did was drop the price to TCL’s MSRP price from their OVERPRICED $2599. Best Buy, FESS UP and STOP Trying to Cheat your customers!

QuestionIs it true that this TV does not have Blu tooth? If that is true then how will we be able to listen with head phones? Is their an alternate method to enable headphones? Thanks! Mike

- Answer Our TCL Roku TVs do not currently support Bluetooth. However, you can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones to your smart phone or tablet. Or you can use the 3.5 mm headphone jack in the back of the TV to connect standard headphones. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

QuestionWill this tv upscale 4k content to 8k even if you stream.. I understand no 8k is really available. How many zones does it has over vs the 4k edition and not beiing bias is it worth it?

QuestionI have had this tv for a few weeks. We usually keep the volume on 25. This is great when watching cable and FoxNation. However when watching free movies on the roku channel we have to set the vol to 75 to hear the movie but 25 when commercials come on.

- Answer There are options available to adjust the settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. QuestionI have four 4K UHD TVs that I use as computer monitors at the moment. One is a JVC QLED that's 43 inches and has a slight screendoor effect. The larger, 50 inch, ONN model I have doesn't have this problem. How does this one look up close?

QuestionI know this tv supports Dolby Vision and 4K/120Hz. But does this TV support using Dolby Vision @ 4K/120Hz or only 4K/60Hz like most other tv's? I want to use my Xbox Series X on it with Dolby Vision for gaming.

- Answer According to the review at https://www.digitaltrends.com/tv-reviews/tcl-8k-6-series-r648-hdr-tv-review/: "Using an Xbox Series X dashboard, I was able to confirm that the R648 can deliver 4K120/Hz and 8K/60Hz gaming with a variable refresh rate (VRR), auto low latency mode (ALLM), and HDR, all at the same time. Like most TVs, 4K /20Hz gaming in Dolby Vision is not available." I think that last sentence is a typo and means 4K/120Hz, not 4K/20Hz.
