QuestionI have a 50 inch TV this 75 inch is going to replace. Can I use the Patrionics Large Tilt Mount I have the 50 inch TV currently mounted on to mount this TV. The directions for the wall mount says it will hold up to 128 pounds/max screen 70"?

- Answer Our TCL Roku TVs do not currently support Bluetooth. However, you can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones to your smart phone or tablet. Or you can use the 3.5 mm headphone jack in the back of the TV to connect standard headphones. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

QuestionI purchased the TV because in the advertisement of its specifications you showed 4 HDMI ports and 1 composite jack. The menu has the composite setting but I am unable to find the RCA jacks. Can you tell me where they are located.

- Answer The composite connection for this TCL TV is a single input located on the back of the TV near the other inputs. You would need to use an adapter to connect the traditional red/white/yellow cables you are used to seeing. The adapter would need to be purchased separately. Hope this helps! QuestionThere are 4 holes on the back of the TV that I assume are for mounting, however, there seems to be some sort of screw already in them. Are these the holes to use? Do I just remove the screws?

- Answer Yes remove the screws in order to access the whole and utilize the mount. You will need longer screw depending on the mount you are using!

- Answer Currently, our Roku based TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. For Headphones, there is a Headphone jack on the back of the TV, or you can download the Free Roku app for private listening. The Headquaters for TCL North America is located within the US. QuestionI have ordered 75 inch TCL class 4 series. I am looking for Picture settings whether it has Aspect Ratio settings to change from Auto/Normal to Zoom/Wide ..? I am just returning 70inch Hisense TV due to there is no user choose able Aspect ratio settings

- Answer The 75" TCL Roku TV I purchased has built in Wifi. It does have a port to plug in an ethernet cable, but I have not used it (I don't need it since my router is close to my TV).

QuestionThere are 4 screws on the back for a mount. The spacers that came w the wall mount don't fit inside the recessed holes with the screws. Are spacers required for the wall mount to fill the gap between the screw hole and the wall mount?
