A:Answer I just called and emailed TCL customer support and after they were beating around the bush they said ALL 6 Series TCL panels are 60 Hz native including the 75" 6 Series. I was very excited too but nowhere online was definitive. Sadly this is a deal breaker for me. Best Buy needs to change the specs on this TV. Also, before I contacted TCL I chatted with Best Buy chat and they said it was 120hz native and stands by it. This is not a good look for BB.
This is the question and email from TCL:
Q: I am wondering what the 75" panel hz is. It says 120 CMI. Also, best buy says it is 480 motion and 120 CMI. Is it a native 120hz panel or is it a native 60 hz panel. I know your other tvs are native 60hz panels. CNET says that the 75" is 120 hz as well. What is it? 120hz native or 60 hz native?

Thank you for reaching TCL Customer Support.
We are glad that you've taken the time asking for information about the TV. TCL Roku TV’s use a combination of advanced signal processing and backlight scanning to enhance the native refresh rate of the LCD panel (60Hz or 60 frames per second) and present an effective refresh rate (what your eye sees) of 120Hz, or 120 frames per second. This is why you see different specs listed – but the result is a smooth, blur-free image, perfect for fast-moving sports or video games.
Should you have further concerns regarding TCL TVs, please do not hesitate to contact us again. You can reply to this email, or by calling us toll-free at 1-877-300-8837. We will be more than happy to assist you.
Thank you for choosing TCL!
