Where is the mute bottom on sound bar control

Please try again later.Turn your tv off,and your sound bar as well push the mute button on your sound bar remote,hold it down till it registers with idset then start your tv it should all be working now,if not do i soft reset unplug your unit soundbar then replug it in again and do the same thing doing the soft reset you wont loose your saved configurations best of luck
