A:AnswerUnplug both sound bar/subwoofer from power source wait at least one minute then plug bar in first then sub back in. Re-pair Bluetooth to phone if necessary.
A:AnswerDeep bass sound. Check back of speaker to see if light is on solid or slowly flashing. Try unplugging speaker and plugging back in until you get a solid light. Sometimes volume has to be high enough to bring out the sound.
A:AnswerIt pairs with mine. The important thing to note is that it has to be plugged in to a specific HDMI port. It was in the manual for the tv. Good luck
A:AnswerThe sound bar has 2 full-range speakers, each in a 1.5 x 5 inch enclosure. The cloth front is not removable so cannot tell what the actual speaker size and shape is. The sub has a ported 5" speaker.
A:AnswerThis TCL Alto soundbar is compatible with most TVs and can be connected via HDMI ARC, Optical, or AUX. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
A:AnswerAn HDMI ARC port on a TV will always be an input. You just run an HDMI cable from that ARC input to the input on the sound bar and it will work.
A:AnswerSome Samsung TVs do support Bluetooth audio but I assure you that you don’t want to choose that option. Bluetooth has a high latency which means that the audio will lag behind the video. Using an HDMI cable to run from your TVs ARC input to the sound bar is going to be optimal here. If for some reason you don’t have an ARC input on your TV or you need to use that input for something else, an optical cable is the second best option.
