A:AnswerI had the same issue with the TCL bar, I kept trying everything and finally called the TCL support line and after A LOT of back and forth the sent me a new one.
However I still have some issues with the synch. Sometimes I just change the input options and re-sets it. For some reason it's extremely bad on Netflix.
