Does this case turn yellow over time? null

Hello. I have owned two of these cases before for my iPhone 7Plus. I love the case design and protection but the white/clear version does change colors quick. I keep buying again because I like the case but after 3 months the case will change colors to a yellow dirty looking color.

Yellow among other colors as well mine just looks dirty now and it’s only been a couple months. Little disappointed because I usually always buy their cases and never have an issue but this is the second one in a row that has changed color. one corner is completely blue which Would be fine if I bought a blue case but I bought a clear one

Ange, I have purchased both the black color and the pink one for my wife, and neither have faded over time. To be certain, we don’t generally leave the phones out in direct sunlight (which has the potential to degrade and discolor cases) and we clean them once a month or so (probably less, if I really tracked how often we clean them). The current cases we have are only a month or so old, but my experience with the company goes back several iterations of the iPhone over 6+years and I have yet to have a discoloration of the case, and more importantly - I think - is that after multiple drops I have not experienced a cracked screen or damaged phone since starting to use it on my first iPhone 3. I strongly recommend this case, it’s simply wonderful. I hope this helps.

I had a tech 21 case that last about 3 years, it did darken and yellow some, but very slowly over time.

Yes. The TPU on all their cases have discolored, from experience the blue cases and white cases. Both have turned a muddy yellow or brown. I’ve contacted Tech 21 on this matter and was informed this is not a warranty issue.

Over time there will be some discoloring. Keep in mind that proper care, a lack thereof, dye from your clothing, or even direct sunlight will impact the visual aesthetics of the case with time. A clear case on a White iPhone will show this “yellowing” more visibly than say, a Space Gray iPhone with the same clear case.

Yes over time the clear part will turn a yellowish color. By then you can get a different case! Feel fresh
