Q: QuestionIs my phone compatible with your headset ?Our office has a Nortell T7208 phone system and we are interested in buying four KX-TCA430 headsets. Our phones have a regular click on receptacle to install headsets. Does your headsets have this type of connector or not ?

Q: QuestionIs the KX-TCA430 headset compatible with KX-TGA652 cordless handset? Both have 2.5mm plug/Jack but when I plug in the headset it makes a clicking sound and when anyone calls they say the phone echos everything they say on their end.

If you are experiencing echo during calls, please make sure there is not inference from other electronic devices that may be close to the phone. Please ensure that the headset jack on the handset is clean and the headphones are plugged in properly. If the issue still persists, please press Menu on the handset, then the # key and enter 122. Make sure to select A and press Save. Hope this helps! - S

Also, this headset is designed for 900 MHz, 2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz analog and digital systems and DECT 6.0. We would advise contacting a Dealer or Installer as the unit is supported by them. Q: QuestionPurchased this headset to use with A T and T TL88102 which uses a 2.5 mm plug. WIll not stay plugged in securely; has buzzing sound and poor audio. This is supposed to be compatible. Not working. Please advise.

• A:Answer Please see below the specifications in regards to Bluetooth: Frequency range: 1.92 GHz to 1.93 GHz (DECT) 2.402 GHz to 2.48 GHz (Bluetooth) If the earpiece operates with the same frequency they're compatible. We cannot tell you exactly the range as it might depend on the construction of the walls and,other objects that might block the signal.
