I think you mean J1772? Very different. This is NACS (Tesla standard) and J1772 is the old school Level 2 charges that other cars have been using. All (most) car manufacturers are moving to NACS.

There is a universal model that can switch between Tesla connector and the J1772 (what is 1771? never heard of it before). Should be noted that if you get this model, you only need to buy an Tesla connector to J1772 adapter if that is what you want.
