• Yes, a charger is included, as well as an additional short cord to plug into a USB Port on a laptop or computer for downloading purposes.

• Everyone is answering that it does but this isn't completely true. Although it comes with a usb cord for cord for use with a computer for software related applications and charging, it does NOT come with a wall adapter! So if you ever have trouble charging and ghey ask if you're using a Texas Instruments wall adapter for help or warranty issues then you can't say you are. It DOES NOT COME WITH a wall charging adapter.
