As long as you use the same account as before. Your dlc is a digital purchase and all digital purchases are tied to your nintendo account.

Please try again later.If you are using the same account you made and downloaded and purchased software with your last console using that account, then if you get a new switch console just log into the new switch with your Nintendo account and whatever purchases you made with that account on your old switch should still be available to redownload to your new console. Granted, this is only if you are using the same account you originally purchased the DLC content with and you transfer that account over to your new Switch console.
