Q: QuestionIf I buy the series x copy of this game can i play it on my Xbox one until I can get a series x? And if so, will it affect the performance of the game seeing as how it's enhanced for next gen?

• A:Answer You would NOT be able to play the Xbox Series X version on your standard Xbox one. The game will not support Smart Delivery which allows games to be run on both consoles.

Q: QuestionWhen it says the game is for Series X, is it ONLY for series X? Will it work on series S as well? Also, I don't see the standard game as a digital download. Is it available in that format?

• A:Answer Since you have a(n) Xbox Series S (All digital console) you can only purchase the game via Microsoft Store. As of now, their isn’t a digital download code to purchase MLB The Show 21 on Best Buy at the moment.

Q: QuestionThe next gen version won’t play on current gen consoles at all, and next gen consoles are all sold out. There is no upgrade path from the current gen version to the next gen version for when the XBSX consoles eventually do become available. Is this right?

• A:Answer Yes as MLB The Show has a Sounds Of The Show feature where you can upload custom walkup, sounds etc with a USB by downloading it from the internet and inserting it to your console.
