A:Answer Yes you will need the license. But the game uses Origin as the authentication. As long as you log in to origin on both PCS with your account, you should be able to play it.
However, if someone else uses a different origin account, the game won't work. SOURCE- Our PC has multiple accounts. I cannot play under my Origin account, I have to log in to my wife's.
