QuestionWhen i tilt the device i can hear loose pieces falling inside the body of the device. I've sent it back once already, the device they returned to me has the same issue is this normal? It sounds like there are screws or plastic pieces rolling inside.

- Answer For future readers who find this thread: I just got a Theragun Elite yesterday, and it had this issue. Sounded like a tiny screw rattling around. I returned it and got a new one, which does not have the issue. That tells me that it's not intentional. A device this expensive that is designed to move rapidly shouldn't have loose pieces rattling around inside! If you experience this issue, I recommend returning it for a new one.

QuestionExchanged 2x. First gun showed the LED charge screen, but stayed at 0% whether I used the wall charger or the Wireless Charger. Second gun charges wirelessly, but the wall charger neither shows the LED screen, nor does it add charge. Any advice?

- Answer Return it and get something from a different company. This happened to me and customer support was completely unhelpful. After doing more research, battery failure is a very common problem. I now have a $400 paperweight!

QuestionHow much force/pressure or strength you can push on to the body before it turns off by itself? I've had portable massagers that will turn off from too much applied pressure.

- Answer It nearly doesn’t lose any power when pushing down pretty hard. You probably can apply more pressure than you could handle before you notice it slowing down.
