• I think solid meal planning and plenty of exercise will help with weight maintenance. Not sure about the cellulite reduction but your muscles will feel better when you use the massager.

• I have never tried it on my tummy ,but I assume that you could. It is very powerful. You will need to get your tummy use to it.
