Re: Reply by Thinkware Support. I have had direct contact withThinkware Support. If you read my question I did as recommended and it did not resolve the problem. The reply generated apparently is a standard reply and not addressing the issue with the PC app; PC Viewer. Effort needs to be made to troubleshoot PC app firmware.
