• just log onto your best buy account and go to subsucription and cancel

• I went to the original confirmation email of my subscription (from Best Buy) and it said Manage Subscription. That brought me back to my Account in BB and I said cancel subscription. You can then cancel and keep the service, which effectively just stops Auto Renew come next renewal date.
